Increase your cardiovascular fitness, build strength, push your limits, and challenge your coordination using unique tools such as the Gladiator Wall, Bulgarian bags, Kettlebells, dumbbells and resistance bands, designed to surprise and challenge your body. We start with a sensible, thorough warm-up designed to align and prepare your body for this tough, balanced workout. You’ll continue to burn calories for up to 72-hours post-workout! Modifications are provided, but class is most appropriate for intermediate/advanced exercise enthusiasts and athletes. Athletic shoes required. Heart rate monitors can be worn to track progress.
