Increase your aerobic and fat-burning capacity in this Level 2 form-focused Balanced Athlete® class. Through high intensity interval training (HIIT), using tools like kettlebells, dumbbells and your body weight, we’ll focus on your body’s alignment while helping you build stability and explosive strength designed to get you in the best shape of your life. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. Done in Pilates/Yoga socks or bare feet. Heart rate monitors can be worn to track progress.
