Cycle Rev N Strength
Try this fun 1 hour combo class.  It begins with 30 minutes of our metabolism-boosting cycle classes where you'll be pushed through a challenging ride while focusing on proper form and alignment.  It's then followed by a 30 minute balanced, strength workout designed to build muscle and definition. Through multiple sets of timed strength intervals, your body will feel pumped and energized in this fun, carefully integrated weightlifting workout.
Athletic or cycle shoes required. 

Appropriate for all fitness and riding experience levels
