Cardio HIIT

This class is designed to challenge your limits and help you achieve a new level of fitness.  You'll use a variety of equipment including kettle bells, Bulgarian bags, gladiator walls, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises.

Our HIIT class incorporates a series of intense, full-body workouts that are designed to increase your heart rate and burn calories in a short period of time. You'll be guided by a certified coach who will help you improve your form and technique while challenging you to push yourself to the next level. By the end of the class, you'll be moving better, feeling stronger, and more energized.
