Barre

Grace. Balance. Strength. Full-Body.

Barre is a dance conditioning-inspired group fitness class designed for the full range of skill levels. Class begins with a whole-body warm up that mobilizes all of your joints, wakes up your core and improves your balance. Part two of class takes place at the barre and tones your hips, legs and feet. We challenge your endurance and strength with free-standing exercises in the center of the room. Class concludes with mat-based core and arm work. Graceful, but easy to follow; intense, but safe for all postural types, barre classes blur the boundary between dance and fitness. Done in Pilates/Yoga socks or bare feet.
