Mindful.  Controlled.  Engaging.
Move with grace, power, and precision through a combination of stretching, strengthening and muscle activations. Our bodies will explore new movement patterns (and refine known ‘familiar’ ones) to increase bodily awareness, posture, and core stability. The work is low-intensity but high-reward, with dividends both inside and outside of the gym.

This class is suitable for all bodies, and all levels of ability.
