Grounded Warrior YOGA - STRENGTH
This class focuses on building a solid base from the ground up, starting with intentional breathwork and foundational movements to awaken your core and spine. We'll then flow through a series of empowering warrior postures, emphasizing proper alignment and mindful transitions. Expect to cultivate physical strength working through functional body weight exercises like lunging, hip and shoulder hinging.  We'll end with opening the hips and hamstrings.  You'll build resilience and mental calm.  You'll leave feeling strong, centered, and ready to conquer your day.
