Sweat House CHIPPER
CHIP away at the competition with this WOD! We've had a number of "Chipper" style workouts throughout our Group Training Sessions... but never one like this! Join us, and your competition, in this TIMED workout! You will have a time cap of 30 minutes to complete this workout filled with Rowing, Burpees, and ALL of our favorite fitness equipment. Competitors will be grouped by ages... - 18-29 - 30-39 - 40-49 - 50-59 - 60+ Winners from each age group will be rewarded not only with bragging rights, but with prizes! Secure your spot in one of our 4 different opportunities to complete this WOD.
