SPIN/CAMP Express (Th)
Spin + Bootcamp: 22 minutes of intense spin cycling AND 22 minutes of Bootcamp resistance training.  SPIN, LIFT, BOX!  Depending on how hard a Spincamper pushes, they can burn between 400-800 Calories in just 1 session!!  Spincampers are asked to arrive on time so they can view the resistance training review.  Due to the high intensity of this workout we recommend eating a small snack prior to arriving, bring water or purchase a bottle from our desk for $1.  Towel, loaner boxing gloves and loaner heartrate monitor provided.  Performance screens in the studio will display Spincamper's progress and an End-of-Session email will be sent to your inbox at the conclusion of SPIN/CAMP.
