Wednesday SCULPT: Upper Body + Core
 
SCULPT is a zero-impact body toning workout utilizing resistance bands in slow concentrated movements. You will be guided by a personal trainer in a small group dynamic to ensure that you complete each exercise with proper form and receive the maximum benefits of each. 
 
Please arrive 5-10 Min early to independently warm up on a bike.
