Bootcamp
Part of our SpinCamp series we offer a Bootcamp Only session on Saturdays for those clients only wanting to get in that resistance strength training.  35 minutes of guided and motivating training located inside our PIT.  The client will utilize body weight resistance, and equipment like free weights, Bosu balls, battle ropes, medicine balls, punching bags and more.  We have all the equipment, all the client needs to do is show up with water and a willingness to work!
