BARRE CLASSIC
This barre format brings a hybrid of traditional ballet conditioning techniques, yoga, and resistance training at the barre or on the mat with primarily bodyweight and may incorporate various equipment such as such as light dumbbells, resistance bands, gliding discs and exercise balls. This class will help lengthen, strengthen and tone by targeting four major muscle groups at once thighs, arms, abdominals, and glutes while learning traditional ballet barre terminology. All levels welcome.
