INTRO TO POLE
Intro to Pole is a fantastic beginner's class that is a must-take if you are new to pole. In a typical Intro to Pole class, we will go over all the basic spins and poses of pole dancing/fitness. You will be taught a variety of fundamentals from how to engage your core for pole, learning how to climb the pole safely, effectively and confidently.Your instructor will offer modifications to those who need it. Be prepared to work muscles that you never knew you had.
