AERIAL YOGA FLOW
This class is a low intensity flow and you will be guided through your practice at a gentle pace, to allow for a deeper understanding of the movements, poses and your body.Taught as a sequential flow to music, this class incorporates levitating meditations, partial or full body inversions, alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction and finishing with floating Savasana. ***T-Shirt or long sleeves and Socks or grippy socks, MUST be worn. 3/4 or full length non slippy pants. No jewellery or perfume. Arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to class start or you will be refused entry or your spot may be given away.

FIT 45 HIIT/LIIT (Low Impact Interval training)
LIIT (LOW-impact interval training)or Low Impact steady state is similar to HIIT as it consists of intervals of higher and lower intensity. The difference is that the high-intensity periods aren’t nearly as intense. Low or no Impact exercises are performed. Lower intensities are easier on your joints, make you less prone to injury, and won’t leave you winded. On top of the same health benefits you gain from HIIT, you can gain similar benefits to general low-intensity training, like increased mobility, improved strength, and improved cardiovascular endurance. Basically, LIIT is the perfect alternative to vigorous exercise. It allows you to gain the same benefits and burn calories without burning out. Although the metabolic after-burn effect isn’t as vast as HIIT training, this aerobic form of exercise (which is solely fuelled by fat stores) will still keep your fitness levels up and your scales down.

Spin for Brynlees HEART Min $20 donation
Please purchase a Karma pass min $20 to sign up Kayla was in Winnipeg with her 2 daughters visiting family when her 9 month old Brynlee came down with what she thought was a cold. She ended up taking her to the hospital where the doctors thought she might have pneumonia only to find out that her heart valve wasn't working properly and was backing blood in to her lungs. They were flown to Edmonton children's hospital where they have put Brynlee on some medication until they can come up with another plan for what is next. The doctors have said that they don't want to do heart surgery on Brynlee right now because it would be like working on a wet piece of paper.Kayla (mom) is in Edmonton with Brynlee while Noel (dad) is home working and taking care of their other daughter Lexi. Noel will be traveling back and forth from Calgary to Edmonton while their baby girl is awaiting for what’s next?Between Hotels, missed days at work, gas traveling from Calgary to the hospital in Edmonton, parking etc it can add up!!!Kayla said to me today “we weren’t expecting anything from anyone except prayers, good vibes and love!” But if we could help raise some money to try and take a little stress off of an extremely stressful situation it would make their lives a little easier!!!!
