What do you get when you combine Jumpsport Fitness Trampolines with Fitmetrix Heart Rate Monitoring?  You get "A Hearty Jump!"  This class is more than a play on words. It's time to apply some science to our movement!  This is a whole body class and can be done on the trampoline or on the floor.  (Note:  While a heart rate monitor can maximize your result, it's okay to take this class without one.  Please call the studio or stop at the front desk for more information about our Heart Rate Programs.) All levels welcome.

Burn & Sculpt Tabata (Heart Rate Class)
We start this class with a warm-up and 30 minutes of cardio done in 20-10 Tabata timing. We follow that with 20 minutes of muscle sculpting with weights, bands, sandbags and more. Drizzle this with a bit of motivation and humor...An awesome way to start your day.

Pilates Core and Stretch
This class compliments exercise and overall well-being by releasing muscle tension, decreasing stress, reinforcing proper alignment and form, enhancing coordination and improving flexibility. You will develop core strength and coordination through these movement patterns, using correct breathing and posture. You’ll experience enhanced posture, overall toning and an overall feeling of relaxation with each session. Deborah Leshon been teaching Pilates since 1999, first trained by physical mind institute and later certified by BASI. BASI Pilates® is a leading Pilates education academy with a reputation for innovation, dedication, and academic excellence. BASI stands for Body Arts and Science International. Semi-Private Training
This session is designed to work every muscle group from head to toe, also focusing on balance, strength, flexibility and endurance.  You'll be working with a maximum of only six other participants.  This is an ongoing program, paid for in six-week increments.  It focuses on the individual goals of each person. In each session, we will follow up on other lifestyle changes such as diet, stress reduction, and energy enhancement. Your exercise program may include elements of traditional aerobic, strength and flexibility programming, as well as functional fitness training, Pilates, fitball training, plyometrics, along with balance movements. Last, but not least, we are the home of the EFI Gravity Trainer, PowerPlate vibration, JumpSport Fitness Trampolines, TRX and InBody 270 body composition, all of which are incorporated into these sessions.
