EVO+ is our signature class! Our instructors will have you climbing hills, riding to the beat of the music, tap backs, upper body dumbbell moves, & much more! This class utilizes every position possible on the bike. We encourage every rider to participate as much as they can. If there are moves/positions/etc. that you prefer to avoid, no worries! Just ride along and jump back in when you are ready!ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

EVOcore
EVOcore is a 50-minute class split between the bike and the ab mat. We'll spend the first 30 minutes riding to the beat of the music and the last 20 minutes performing core exercises, includes a recovery cool-down stretch.

EVOmax, a combination of riding with off the bike bootcamp style blocks. Class begins with 25 minutes of riding followed by 25 minutes off the bike movements using body weight, dumbbells, bands, mats & more! A class geared to work you from head to toe! Fit for all levels, each movement will have multiple modifications.
