This class is 45 minutes of Boot Camp.  Core, Strength, plyo and just plain old cardio.  Every week this class will change and you will probably never do the same workout twice.   Body weight, pullups, push ups, jump rope, ball slams and so much more.

Open Gym until 4pm
Since we have many members with different schedules.  We have an open gym policy where you can come in and do a virtual class, such as a cycle, core,  body pump, yoga or even a HIIT class.  We have tons of options plus 4 huge screen televisions, a sound system that is rockin and  an environment that is second to none.   You can also choose to do your own things.  We have plenty of dumb bells, kettlebells, slam balls, jump ropes and a ton of other equipment you can use to make your own work out.
