Box Training
Skill Level is low - medium, Strength Training is low and Cardio is medium - high.  Box Training is an empowering class designed to train you like a champ! This class will guide you through unique, high intensity combinations that are sure to blast fat and burn tons of calories!  Footwork and technique are emphasized as those are the foundational components of kickboxing.  To kick it up a notch, the tail end of the class uses the battle rope and fat burning intervals as well as abdominal sculpting exercises!  This workout will help you will find your inner warrior!

Cardio Chisel
Skill Level is medium, Strength Training is low and Cardio is high. Cardio Chisel is a fiercely energetic Kickboxing workout! 35 minutes straight of calorie and fat burning combinations.  Then, a 10 minute, mini workout using functional movements and body weight exercises to end the class. This 45 minute class will improve your endurance, speed, fitness, strength and agility.  All skill levels are welcome!

HIIT Box
Skill Level is low - medium, Strength Training is high and Cardio is high. HIIT Box is a 45-minute high intensity class.  4 minute rounds using BOB, immediately followed by weighted and body weighted exercises. This class utilizes the concept of "muscle confusion," where we regularly change the workout to prevent your body from adapting to the exercises. By switching routines regularly, you are less likely to plateau and gain results QUICKLY! All skill levels are welcome!

An energizing, full body workout, incorporating kickboxing movements, sculpting abdominal exercises and total body weighted conditioning. Great for burning fat and toning muscles!  Last portion of the class incorporates weights, however, members may choose to perform all exercises using body weight only (if they so desire)!  All ability levels welcome!

Envision yourself with the lean lower body, upper body & core you have always wanted. Super Sculpt will certainly fire up all of your muscles and give your entire body a perfect leanness!  Bag work as well as total body sculpting exercises using dumbbells and kettlebells.  All skill levels and abilities are encouraged to participate as the coach will provide modifications for all exercises and movements!

Skill Level is medium, Strength Training is high and Cardio is low.Upper Body Burn is an exciting, NEW class dedicated to building strength and slenderness in the upper body.  The upper body is commonly the weakest area, especially among women, but no more!  This class will not only sculpt your upper body toward leanness, it will also make you stronger!  Members will perform total body punching & kicking combos on the bag and use dumbbells and kettlebells.  Strong is the new sexy ladies!  All skill levels are welcome!  All exercises are modifiable.
