KNOCKOUT
“KNOCKOUT” programming held on the turf consists of high intensity interval training classes designed with our resistance and cardio circuit methodology such as KO, Elevate, Octane, C2S, and Full Throttle. The cardiovascular training will accelerate the heart rate and the resistance training will allow for the heart rate to decelerate. This fluctuation in heart rate allows for a higher calorie and fat burn throughout the entirety of the class.

KNOCKOUT CONDITIONING (K.O.)
K.O. was the first Drive Custom Fit program ever delivered. Through variations in resistance work to cardio, you will create a major fluctuation in heart rate. OPEN GYM
“Open Gym” provides access to Drive’s main training floor. Including use of state-of-the-art cardio equipment such as Treadmills, Stairmasters, Ellipticals, Rowers and Skiergs. Weight floor use includes access to free weights, benches, barbells, racks, cable systems and machines.Our standard Drive studio policies apply. All members must remain 8-10 feet apart at all times. Members will be provided with disinfectant solution and a clean towel upon arrival through our Main Entrance. It is required to disinfect any piece of equipment used or touched by the member, including free weights, barbells, cable attachments, plates and handles.Please be mindful of the scheduled time block and exit promptly for the next group to enter. Temporarily suspending partner workouts. No show fees apply.
