CORE40 Foundation
We offer Foundation classes on weekends as an introduction to the machine and workout for new clients. If you have a strong foundation, you can build anything on it. Our 40-minute Foundation class is a great place to start for those who are new to CORE40. If you are new to the studio, we strongly recommend that you take a Foundation class first so that you can get comfortable with our equipment, our 40-minute format and the fundamental exercises. But don't let the name fool you into thinking this class is only for newbies. Veterans are welcome and will be challenged, we promise! You will definitely break a sweat as you strengthen, tighten, tone and stretch your body in this fun, intense, music-inspired group class.

CORE40 Ramped
CORE40® Ramped class is an innovative blend of core work, cardio and weight training specifically designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body quickly and safely using the specially engineered, state-of-the-art Megaformer “M3" ™, along with the latest Ramped technology which inclines the Megaformer to ELEVATE your workout to the next level! If you don't wish to use the ramp technology in class, just ask your instructor to turn it off, and you'll get a modified (but still challenging) experience!This 40-minute, music-inspired, intense full body workout gets and keeps your heart rate up while targeting your upper body, lower body and core. Be careful ... you'll get hooked!
