Bootcamp Overflow
45 minute indoor Bootcamp class. This is a separate signup than regular Bootcamp. Overflow is for participants who feel more comfortable taking Bootcamp class in a more open space. The workout is the same as the workout going on inside the Bootcamp room, you are still a participant of the class.

Kettlebell 101
KBs 101 Course is designed to develop the proper mechanics, form, function and range of motion for KB. In almost all avenues/classes of fitness we use KBs. This course will develop the proper form for all functions of KB use which can be applied in other classes. One of the main benefits is the development of the “hip hinge”. This will help you in other lifts, and classes but also strengthen the posterior chain which will lead to stronger glutes, hamstrings and posture overall.

Studio Access
1 hour scheduled studio access. Must sign up for studio access prior to arrival, no drop ins. When you arrive must wear mask into the studio, temperature check and health questions will be administered prior to workout. For your workout, must stay in designated workout spot.
