Kids Unplugged - Yoga
Our one-hour yoga practice is crafted just for kids at each level.Come join us and learn the correct positions, form, etiquette, deep-breathing techniques, and position transitions all while having fun! Each practice includes 10-15 minutes of a cool-down guided meditation practice at the end. We will teach you how to practice yoga on your own in order to stay calm and relaxed during those times of high stress.

Studio Access
1 hour scheduled studio access. Must sign up for studio access prior to arrival, no drop ins. When you arrive must wear mask into the studio, temperature check and health questions will be administered prior to workout. For your workout, must stay in designated workout spot.
