Backyard Barre - Carmichael
Backyard Barre is a 45 minute class that will focus on toning the seat, thighs, hips and core. This will be a quick and effective workout intended to be a convenient option for women that are home doing distance learning or working from home that just don't have the time to get to the gym. This class is held outdoors and is in Carmichael at the following address: 1200 Genesse Court, Carmichael 95608. *Park in the cul-de-sac and walk down the lane. Bring a yoga mat, towel, water. Having socks or barefoot are both fine.
