Community Class
This April, we are kicking off our weekly Community Classes! A FREE class for you and opportunity to donate to a local organization chosen by TheSIXFam! This month, we will be raising funds for Powerful Voices (suggested donation $10) and will be collected at the door.  Powerful Voices is all about creating space. A fully femme, womxn, non-binary staff of color that aims to build a place where young girls* of color can feel brave enough to share their truths. Since 1995, they have created gender-specific, social justice programs for 11-19 year olds so that they can be equipped with communal knowledge and platforms to speak up. The SIX Cool Down
The SIX Cool Down was created to compliment The SIX Power Flow and Slow Flow. Rooted in Yin and Restorative styles, postures are held from 3-5 minutes to help the body relax into deeper layers of tissues and fascia while opening up areas of tightness. Perfect for all levels and room is unheated.

The SIX Artist Spotlight - Artist Announced every Thursday on Instagram (@thesixseattle)The SIX Power Flow is a 60 minute artfully sequenced class in which movement is harmonized with breath while incorporating HIIT and dance. This dynamic class promotes strength, stability, flexibility, mental focus and awareness of your body. The class encourages tapping into your inner knowledge, allowing you to feel when to challenge yourself and also when to add ease and support. We flow through high energy beats ranging from old school to new school hip hop, top 40 and fan favorites in a fun, candlelit, energy filled atmosphere. The SIX Vinyasa can be modified for any level, allowing practitioners of all abilities to feel both challenged and supported. Our classes are infrared heated at 95 degrees.

The SIX Slow Flow is an appealing approach for both beginners and experienced yogis. This practice ensures you find more time and space to learn the basics and get in touch with your body. Additionally, it is a great opportunity for deeper exploration of advanced poses.
