Bikram Style yoga is one of the best healing modalities there is, look younger, feel younger, and be able to do all the things you love in life for a very long time. An abbreviated version of the classic series, all 26 poses are practiced, some as single sets or flows. If you do not have the time to do the 90 min class it is a great way to get started, Takes a bit more stamina than the 90 min class. Helpful as a tune-up, to fit a busy schedule, or if you are recovering from illness and injury and are working on your stamina. All levels welcome. The room is warm, do not eat 4 hours before your first class or eat very light, drink water so you are hydrated, bring water, big towel, yoga mat if you do not have a mat or towel we do rent them. Never too late, Never too old, Never to bad to start from scratch once again.

B90 (Bikram 90)
The classic 26-posture beginner series. Excellent as a strengthening, flexibility, and recovery tool. Bikram uses heat to warm up your muscles, make your more flexible, sweat out toxins, release tension and stress, also teaches you how to be still and breathe great for mental and physical problems,Room is heated to over 105°F and humidity with tons of fresh air, Drink lots of water before and after class, eat foods that contain water, do not eat anything 2 hours before you first class, Bring a big towel, a yoga mat (we recommend and rent Manduka Pro and Prolite mats) they do not squish down on the hard floor, bring an extra towel for shower if you sweat a lot maybe want to bring a shower towel for after class we have 7 showers,pre sign up online or call for your first class today. bikram style will make you look younger, feel younger, detox toxins, flush out your system, improve your concentration, elevate depression, and give you what you need to accomplish your goals. We recommend doing a HIIT class or cycle class couple times a week for weight loss.
