The TRX Training Center in San Francisco is proud to have special guest and fitness trainer Shauna Harrison to host this 75 minute TRX for Yoga master class. Shauna brings years of fitness experience, along with her knowledge (PhD in Public Health; graduate of Stanford, UCLA, and John Hopkins) to bring a different perspective to yoga, combining the uniqueness of the TRX suspension trainer to help challenge your balance, stability, and overall muscle endurance.
