55 Mins Sweat Cycle class led by one of our Teacher Trainees. Only $5 to ride, but in exchange for rider feedback. Feedback via electronic survey must be filled out after class in order to receive the discount.

A 45 mins Pilates springboard class for body and breath awareness, increasing strength and flexibility. This is a full body workout that will help you develop endurance, stronger muscles and a tighter, toned and taller body. The added resistance of the springs helps to build more muslce tone, improve balance and coordination. This super effective workout is for anyone looking to burn extra calories.
