Our MIXED TAHOE TERRAIN class is a beat-pumping, heart pounding, sweat fest. Featuring a variety of tracks incorporating training-based hill climbs, intervals and sprints as well as our signature “ensync” rhythm rides. Classes are designed around the beat of the music with less emphasis on choreography and more focus on overall calorie burn. Riding to the Rhythm-Level I
This is the essence of Ensync Spin. Our out of the saddle Rhythm classes will have you focusing on the beat of the music while moving "ensync" to various moves. Consider this an overall body movement class that incorporates dips, tap backs, push ups, and side to sides to activate the glutes, hamstrings, quads but also the arms, obliques, and abs. Rookie Rider
Our Rookie Rider class is designed for our Ensync members who may be new to indoor cycling, haven't been to a spin class in awhile or the rider who is interested in training with a gradual climb to our faster pace classes.This class introduces the rider to our out of the saddle spin, in addition to upper body weight workouts, climbs and runs.
