Power Ride-all levels
The name says it all. Our Power Ride will have you immersed in high energy up-tempo music that focuses on heavy cadence to get those legs moving. The lower body is isolated in this class as you'll be both in and out of the saddle while creating power runs and climbs. It's a great cardio blast.

Riding to the Rhythm-all levels
This is the essence of Ensync Spin. Our out of the saddle Rhythm classes will have you focusing on the beat of the music while moving "ensync" to various moves. Consider this an overall body movement class that incorporates dips, tap backs, push ups, and side to sides to activate the glutes, hamstrings, quads but also the arms, obliques, and abs. The music will lead the way, all you have to do is feel the rhythm and get your groove on.
