Circuit-TRX-Weight Training Class
CIRCUIT-TRX-WEIGHT TRAINING....a must! Our Ensync & Stuff Training:You won’t be bored with our circuit/trx/weight training class. This workout will get your heart rate up and strengthen your muscles all at the same time.You will do 10 to 25 repetitions at each station, lasting anywhere between 30 seconds to three minutes then moving into our next station. Pushing yourself as hard as you want to make it more challenging or at a comfortable controlled pace, you're in charge. Our personal trainer will focus on your form, and work with any soreness or injuries so you're always included in the workout. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, we have a bike for you!  Our EASY RIDER class is designed for all ages, shapes and sizes who need a push to build their endurance, strength and muscle tone. This class may appeal to the rider who is new to spin, who may be recovering from an injury or who has taken time off from physical activity. Our MIXED TAHOE TERRAIN class is a beat-pumping, heart pounding, sweat fest. Featuring a variety of tracks incorporating training-based hill climbs, intervals and sprints as well as our signature “ensync” rhythm rides. Classes are designed around the beat of the music with less emphasis on choreography and more focus on overall calorie burn. Riding to the Rhythm
This is the essence of Ensync Spin. Our out of the saddle Rhythm classes will have you focusing on the beat of the music while moving "ensync" to various moves. Consider this an overall body movement class that incorporates dips, tap backs, push ups, and side to sides to activate the glutes, hamstrings, quads but also the arms, obliques, and abs.
