Our HILLS AND DRILLS class is a beat-pumping, heart pounding, sweat fest. Featuring a variety of tracks incorporating training-based hill climbs, intervals and sprints as well as our signature “ensync” rhythm rides. Classes are designed around the beat of the music with less emphasis on choreography and more focus on overall calorie burn. Riding to the Rhythm
This is the essence of Ensync Spin. Our out of the saddle Rhythm classes will have you focusing on the beat of the music while moving "ensync" to various moves. Consider this an overall body movement class that incorporates dips, tap backs, push ups, and side to sides to activate the glutes, hamstrings, quads but also the arms, obliques, and abs. The music will lead the way, all you have to do is feel the rhythm and get your groove on.  You ready..., heck yeah you are?!?
