This 30-minute high intensity interval class will take you through a 5 min. warm-up followed by six intense rounds of striking combos and functional body weight exercises, then finish you off with an intense 2 min. explosive round and end with a 5 min. cool down. A certified dedicated coach will direct and guide your ultimate experience in a team atmosphere with heart pumping music.
