High-Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) with a mix of cardio using self-propelled treadmills, rowers, spin bikes, battle ropes, plyometric movements, slam balls, TRX, and resistance bands. Parent Night Out
Soar Parents Night out will be the First Friday of every month from 6pm-10pm. Kids will have hours of jumping, climbing, running, and adventure, in our indoor obstacle playground. Water and Pizza will be provided for the kids. Drop your Kids off for a night a active play, while you enjoy an evening to your self!
