Coach led CrossFit class with group warm-up, workout of the day (WOD) and cool down. This class is for members with Strong All Access (Unlimited), Strong CrossFit 3X a week & CrossFit Drop-Ins plus Strong Free Intro for first timers. Athletes of all levels are welcome to attend.

HiiT Fit
1 hour coach led class of High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) with a mix of cardio using self-propelled treadmills, rowers, spin bikes plus weight training with TRX, dumbbells and kettlebells. Strong members with Strong All Access (Unlimited), Strong Studio Unlimited, HiiT Fit Drop-Ins plus Strong Free Intro for first timers are welcome to attend. This class is for all athlete levels.
