Competitive Ninja ClassFor ninjas who have leveled out of Ninja Class and would like to move into competing at local and other competitions.Designed with a more rigorous curriculum, the competitive ninja class is the next step in your ninja training.Ninjas will have a higher focus on fitness, technique and course work to simulate competition days.

High-Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) with a mix of cardio using self-propelled treadmills, rowers, spin bikes, battle ropes, plyometric movements, slam balls, TRX, and resistance bands. Increased your metabolic rate and push your limits! Strong members with Strong All Access (Unlimited), Strong Studio Unlimited, HiiT Fit Drop-Ins plus Strong Free Intro for first-timers are welcome to attend. Parent Night Out
Soar Parents Night out will be the First Friday of every month from 6pm-10pm. Kids will have hours of jumping, climbing, running, and adventure, in our indoor obstacle playground. Water and Pizza will be provided for the kids. Drop your Kids off for a night a active play, while you enjoy an evening to your self!
