"Warm" Everything Zen Yoga
This low to the ground gentle practice is the perfect remix to both deep stretch and restorative yoga. Each pose will be held anywhere from 5-10 minutes at a time, as we use props (such as blocks, blankets, and bolsters) to help us melt a little deeper into each pose. This class is not only ideal for students of all levels, but it is the perfect opportunity to close your eyes, relax, and let go. Hands on assists, adjustments, and essential oils will also be offered during this class. Everything Zen is intended to calm the mind while rejuvenating the body and spirit.
