T(w)een G.P.P.General Physical Preparedness (G.P.P.) is the base of the pyramid for athletic development and a pyramid can only be as tall as the base is wide.With that in mind, this youth HITT class utilizes calisthenics, weight-training, plyometrics, tumbling, animal movements, and other fitness modalities. Since the classes are designed specifically for kids ages7 - 17, the routines are scalable and fun, which means that they are appropriate for beginners, for high level athletes and high level gamers. Come and experience a fun and supportive fitness class where being "over active" is encouraged and success is measured in one's ability to try.

Heated Total Body Tabata
Ready to heat up your HIIT training with a 30 minute Tabata style recipe to bring you the ULTIMATE full body workout?  the scientifically proven and popular Tabata Formula is defined as 20 seconds of "all out work" followed by 10 seconds of rest.  This is repeated eight times for a total of four minutes of work per round.  This is shown to be the most efficient way to burn the most calories in a 30 minute period.  Following this formula, participants will meet in our Red Rocks Heated Studio and with the drive and energy of great music, they will complete six total rounds of high intensity body weight exercises that will "HIIT" every muscle in their body.  Exercises will vary each class, there is no choreography to remember, and modifications will be offered so your coach can adapt for every fitness level and appeal to both men and women.  *Note:  Shoes will not be necessary but grippy socks are highly recommended.

We will have plenty of Hill Breakaways (hill sprints), BMX Breakaways (flat-out sprints), Ladder and Tabata Drills to give your heart and legs a ROCKIN' good workout!! This class will utilize built in Software on the bikes to project individualized "zones" of work, goals, and team challenges to make this class fun and motivating.
