Endurance 45
This class is more about endurance rather than shorter, faster sprints. Come to one of these classes a week and you'll see faster speeds and longer distances on your typical runs! Intervals are longer and slower, with less recovery between, Expect hills, pushes, and a whole lotta sweat! This class is open to all levels, from run/walkers up to advanced runners.

Endurance 60
This is our longest running class we offer. Expect longer pushes, ranging 1-4minutes, rolling hills, gradual long inclines, and some sprints at the end! Don't worry, we'll make sure you aren't bored, by adjusting your paces every 30-60 seconds, teaming you up with a motivating instructor, and playing great music to pump you up. This is a great class if you're training for a 10k, half marathon, or marathon, or just want to work on your running!

Endurance Plus Core
In this specialty class, log miles and gain speed with the first part of the class on the tread. Post run, build strength using kettle bells and body weight exercises focussing on core. This class is for all levels.

Open Tread/Gym
Get Access to our high end, low impact, Woodway treadmills, Kettle Bells, Resistance bands, and foam rollers. This is not a class, this is just access to our facility and products. We have towels, water, showers, shampoo/conditioner and soap.  Feel free to ask a staff member for suggested workouts!

Power Stryde
This class burns calories on and off the treadmill. Be prepared for a combo of both running and strength exercises to whip you into shape. This class is formatted with 4 -8 minute intervals on the treadmill, alternated with 4 -8 minutes of strength exercises. We typically throw some dynamic mode exercises into these classes as well. (a special feature on our Woodway treadmills that allows you to power the treadmill). As all of our other classes, we work on an effort scale of 1 -5 so all levels are welcome in this class.

Power X
This 45 minute class has no real running. Strength is crucial to running and fitness. Our Power X class is a station class, using body weight, kettle bells, resistance bands, and utilizing the dynamic mode on our woodway treadmills. This class is a great cross training day, or to add on to the end of a run.

Runner's Recovery
This 50 minute class will leave you feeling refreshed from a hard week of training. This class starts off with a 10 minute warm up on the tread, which brings us to 20 minutes of foam rolling, and 20 minutes of stretching. It's what your body needs to stay healthy and active, and it's only $16.

Stryde
Trainers will work in a lot of sprints and hills to maximize your calorie burn and build speed! Expect shorter faster intervals, with recovery between. Measure your improvement by challenging yourself to higher speeds. This class is for all levels, from run/walkers all the way up to advanced runners.

STRYDE 101 - Intro to MYSTRYDE
 The toughest part of MYSTRYDE isn’t the workout, it’s walking through the door for the first time. Our stryders shared they were intimidated by the concept of a fitness class with treadmills. If you can spin, show up to a barre or boxing class, or sweat through yoga, you can absolutely STRYDE.We developed STRYDE 101, an introductory, 35 minute class for new customers that are apprehensive about an indoor running studio. STRYDE 101 focuses on the basics and provides you a sampling of the classes offered at MYSTRYDE. We’ll teach you proper running form, how to incorporate our treadmills and effort scale, and ensure you feel comfortable. The 101 class consists of a warm up, followed by a 15 minute run and 10 minutes of strength, ending with a cool down. Your instructor will remain close by to answer any questions during and after class. Everyone in the class is new, so the environment is positive and accepting, where egos are checked at the door.STRYDE 101 will be offered every other Saturday at 11:45 am starting Saturday October 20th. This class is not necessary for all new customers, but a great stepping stone for those that are nervous to try our full classes, don’t consider themselves a “runner” and are intimidated by a running studio. We’ll show you how much fun running can be, with music, intervals, and a motivating instructor. We bet you’ll leave having run faster than you ever thought, and ready for your next STRYDE!

Stryde 35
Stryde 35 is our newest addition. Stryde is all about shorter, faster intervals, so in this shortened version, you'll work on your speed with flat road and hill sprints. Expect a 5 minute warm up, and 30 minutes of treadmill intervals.  This class is great if you're in a rush, but want to get the most out of a 35 minute workout, there is nothing that makes you sweat and burn calories like running intervals!

Stryde Plus Core
Get faster and stronger in our 45 minute Stryde Plus Core Class. Push through shorter, faster intervals, sprints and hills for 30 minutes and finish off the class with 15 minutes of core strength exercises using body weight and kettle bells. This class is for all levels.
