B+W Bootcamp is Barres and Wheels' newest addiction! This class will challenge you, push you but then make you want some more! Get ready for a challenging, full body workout. You'll be one inch closer to your objective.***(Please bring indoor running shoes for class)***

Our signature Barre class brings enough challenge for every level whether you are a seasoned barre addict or first time at it!Inspired by the International Ballet Barre Fitness Association's technique, our basic repertoire is adapted by each of our highly trained instructors. While these classes are based on ballet, yoga and pilates, absolutely no previous experience in any of these disciplines is required!These full body classes are safe for everyone; there is no impact, incorporate low or only body weight and can be adapted to any fitness level. Ideally attended 3-4 times weekly you can expect to see changes in your posture, muscular balance and definition.    

Barre Stretch is a yoga inspired barre class that focuses on both strengthening and stretching the entire body.

This is where we forget about ourselves for a moment and focus on giving to others, riding together as a community. Every month, riders will be asked to vote for their preferred local cause. All proceeds from this class will be directed towards the most voted for charity. We encourage riders to donate a minimum of $10, cash only.

Just Stretch is a full body stretch. Great after a Spin Class to release any muscle tension and improve your muscular balance. Will help improve posture, stability and alignment.

Indoor cycling contributes to weight loss management and increases cardiovascular fitness.  Our signature Wheels classes include upper body movements for a complete workout and use performance metrics to help you track your progress.  We ride to the beat of the music in a 45 minute class that will leave you feeling exhilarated and wanting more!
