Our signature Barre class brings enough challenge for every level whether you are a seasoned barre addict or first time at it!Inspired by the International Ballet Barre Fitness Association's technique, our basic repertoire is adapted by each of our highly trained instructors. While these classes are based on ballet, yoga and pilates, absolutely no previous experience in any of these disciplines is required!These full body classes are safe for everyone; there is no impact, incorporate low or only body weight and can be adapted to any fitness level. Ideally attended 3-4 times weekly you can expect to see changes in your posture, muscular balance and definition.

You may wear sticky socks or indoor running shoes.
