This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Hand weights, kettlebells, TRX, Sandbags, battle ropes, Tires, and more.   This is a high-impact workout however modifications will be provided as needed.  Clients are asked to arrive on time to fully benefit from the full session time.
