(Not a Cycling Session) Monday SCULPT: Lower Body + Core.Wednesday SCULPT: Upper Body + Core SCULPT is a zero-impact body toning workout utilizing resistance bands in slow concentrated movements. You will be guided by a personal trainer in a small group dynamic to ensure that you complete each exercise with proper form and receive the maximum benefits of each.  Please arrive 5-10 Min early to independently warm up on a bike.

VIRTUAL Sculpt +
Virtual Sculpt+ is just like the in-studio sculpt sessions you love but will have some light to moderate impact moves.  These moves can easily be modified to no-impact.  Virtual 30-Min session.  Some workouts will be bodyweight resistance only however, others will require equipment.  The equipment most likely needed are:Dumbbells: 1 set of each - light and moderate weight (heavyweight optional) Optional Equipment: Exercise MatA resistance band (moderate resistance)Resistance loop band (Moderate resistance)ACCESS: You will receive an email 5-15 minutes prior to the session starting containing the link to the live feed. You may also view the recorded video on our Facebook group wall 360 Cycle Riders.
