This is guaranteed to do the trick. Late Arrivals: For your safety, we will not accept clients who are more than 5 minutes late and/or have missed the warm-up/exercise demonstration. Camp Cancelations: Please be aware that there is a minimum enrollment of 4 clients.  If this minimum is not reached then Camp will be canceled for the day and those who are enrolled will be notified via text AND email within 2 hours of the session starting.

HIIT Strength Training w/Mercedes
Strength Training Only (NO SPIN): HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.Clients are asked to arrive slightly early to warm up independently on our indoor cycling bikes prior to class starting. For your safety, admittance will not be allowed to clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late and our system will mark you as a late cancel.
