Our dynamic Hybrid Boxing program is a high energy calorie burner designed to shed fat, improve cardio and muscular endurance. Experience 60 minutes (15 rounds) of boxing, weights and body weight exercises. Because of our personalized approach and heart rate tracking technology, all our classes are perfect for both beginners and advanced.
