This course is open to and designed for all levels.Anyone with a passion for spin is welcome.Course includes:Manual4 hour practical30-40 min ridePop smoothie In a 4-5 hour session you are taught the basics and necessary tools to build your best quad class. A knowledge of form and how to work with beginners is stressed. The second half of course requires spinning so be prepared to sweat for the practical session of this course.

Quad Open House
Join us on Sunday February 24th 2019 for a Quad Spinner Check-Up Open House from 2-5pm.This open house is to welcome new spinners, meet with quad instructors and gives you the opportunity to adjust/correct your settings and form in a relaxed setting. Quad Ride
45 min in length (including a warm-up and cool-down) with a focus on tempo, timing and rhythm. All of the hand and body positions are used to keep the classes fast paced and invigorating from start to finish. These interval classes are the basis of the classes typically taught at QUAD, taking riders through easy, medium and intense energy output levels. QUAD instructors are those that have the courage and talent to embrace new techniques and styles of music and programs, evolving as the QUAD riders improve.

Tabata Ride
We love Tabata interval workouts! These workouts are fast-paced and fun and burn up tons of calories, It's a form of high-intensity interval training. 45 min in length (including a warm-up and cool-down).

The Grant Thornton RTCC Team
The Grant Thornton Ride to Conquer Cancer team is holding a Spin Class Fundraiser in partnership with Quad Spin. All proceeds from the Spinning class will be donated to the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre through the GT RTCC team. The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre is Canada’s leading institution dedicated to cancer research, and is one of the top 5 cancer research centres in the world. Please join us for a 1 hour class from 2pm to 3pm on Saturday March 10 at Quad Spin, 580 King St. W, Toronto. Participants can arrive any time after 1:30pm to start setting up their bikes. At this time, bikes will be first come first served on the day. If pre-registration including choice of bike becomes available, we will let you know. We look forward to seeing you all there!
