Rev up your metabolism in this focused SHRED class (formerly Eq Sculpt) this action packed sweat inducing 45min class will take you to the next level of fitness with a smile on your face. Alternating focus weekly on the lower body then upper body you will lunge, squat and lift your way to a strong and toned legs, inner thighs, outer thighs, hips and booty one week and lift, press and curl your way to a strong and toned upper body the next!

Weight training gloves are useful for this class. (We do sell gloves in studio).
