POLE TRICKS & COMBO (BEG/INT)
Ready to learn how to hold yourself in crazy cool positions on the pole?! This class focuses on the fundamental techniques and engagements necessary for pole tricks. We will break down beginner/intermediate levels of spins and pole tricks, including spinning pole tricks. You will learn to combine these moves in class.
We will offer modifications/variations of each so you always have something to work on. It is recommended to take PoleFIT before trying Pole Tricks & Combo, but is not required. All levels welcome.
REQUIRED MOVES TO ATTEND THIS CLASS: Basic invert (chopper), leg hang, forward and back spin, chair spin
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN POLE GRIP, YOGA MAT & WATER.

DRESS CODE FOR POLE CLASSES:
Pole classes require skin contact to grip the pole. Do not apply lotion, oils or perfumes before classes as this will damage the poles and make it difficult for your keep friction. Shorts and a tank top or workout bra-top will work well, but wear what you feel comfortable in. Leggings okay for "PoleFIT" class.
