JPS BARRE FIGHT
This is a 50-minute full-body, cardio class, jam-packed with strength training, high intensity boxing/kickboxing drills for that intense caloric burn. Sprinkled here there with some barre isometric strength movements to build lean muscle.

Plies, releves, boxing stance, jabs and hooks, roundhouse kicks, arabesques, say what? You're just gonna have to come try.

Please purchase your own wraps & boxing gloves for this class. Bring water. We provide the towels. Get ready to sweat!!!
