Fire up your metabolism and fat burn with this high-intensity interval training workout. This heavy bag 50-min workout is an awesome way to practice on your boxing basics and techniques to build endurance, strengthen & tone your upper and lower body. Every muscle in your body will be used.

Whether you are a seasoned boxer or a person just trying to get in shape, heavy bag workouts are fun and can be a great workout, or simply for weight loss and fitness. Adding this class will vary up your already amazing JPS workouts and will keep confusing your muscles yet keep things interesting and fun.
 
Please purchase your own wraps and boxing gloves for this class. Bring water. We provide the towels. Get ready to sweat!!!
