HIIT IT & QUIT IT
This class is a HIIT!  A super quick, super intense 50-minute Cardio/HIIT/Plyo class that burns calories and shreds fat.  This class provides amazing heart strengthening benefits by combining periods of high and low intensity movements. Get ready to work your whole entire body in this class.  
 
"HIIT IT & QUIT IT" is extremely effective.  This class includes core conditioning, strength and resistance training, with bursts of cardio combined all-in-one.  Some classes are bootcamp-inspired, some classes are circuit-centric, no matter what the HIIT format is, YOU WILL LEAVE SWEATY & HAPPY!!!

While options and modifications are given regularly to enable all students to be successful, students are encouraged to work at their own level and to make the positioning the priority for each exercise. This is an ideal class for perfecting your practice while receiving a challenging cardio workout.
