Let’s strengthen, tighten, plump, and tone those beautiful backsides! In this 45 minute low intensity HIIT style class we will be getting down to business with that lower body. Our focus will be on some of our bodies larger muscle groups digging deep into our glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. Let’s get sweaty!
