This class is a low intensity flow and you will be guided through your practice at a gentle pace, to allow for a deeper understanding of the movements, poses and your body.
Taught as a sequential flow to music, this class incorporates levitating meditations, partial or full body inversions, alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction and finishing with floating Savasana.
***T-Shirt or long sleeves and Socks or grippy socks, MUST be worn. 3/4 or full length non slippy pants. No jewellery or perfume. Arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to class start or you will be refused entry or your spot may be given away.
