Yoga: SCULPT 2000's PROM
The 2000's provided us with HUNDREDS of rom-com's and prom hits. Join Allison G. as she leads you in a hot flow featuring beats from decade favorites like AKON, RIHANNA and LIL WAYNE.
Grab a towel, your water, and prepare to sweat. This class combines 50 minutes of the best of both yoga sequencing and strength training, all done in a heated room. Weights and resistance bands are integrated into yoga postures to enhance challenge level and truly sculpt muscle from head to toe. End with a deep stretch to help the body cool down and aid in a quick recovery. Heated to 90°
