This 50-minute heated class is a combination of MISSION yoga and Pilates. Core strength is an emphasis and will remain a focus through dynamic transitions and flows, resulting in a full-body sculpt. YOGALATES embodies all levels of fitness by offering progressions and an array of modifications for participants. This class is heated to 90°. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

Cardio Level: Mild-Moderate
