50 minutes in the dark, riding to the rhythm of YOUR CHOICES. Ever wished you could drop and cross to one of your favorite songs, but you NEVER hear it?? Well, here’s your chance! Anything goes in this class ;) IG requests will be taken the week before, and the more you send, the higher the chance YOUR song will be picked!! Get creative and don’t hold back…who knows..maybe you’ll even have a chance to ride the instructor podium ;)

Cycle: BEATS is a place to get lost in your own physical and mental challenge. Always bringing new tunes and motivation, each instructor will push you to your limit. We carry each other in this sacred space, through the work, the commitment and the rhythm.
