THE MISSION TRI
WELCOME TO THE TRIFECTA. We've combined three of your favorite classes into one 90 minute challenge. Three 30 minute segments designed to push you to the next level.
 
How it works:
Half of the group will start with 30 minutes of Strength, while the other half kicks it off with 30 minutes of Yoga. The next 30 minutes everyone will switch rooms. If you started with strength then you'll move onto yoga, and vice versa. During the last 30 minute push, everyone will meet on the bike and sprint it home!
 
Book your bike and we'll do the rest!
 
*Please carry your sneakers into the studio.
