Strength: LBC
LBC…Lower Body Core. 50 minutes of isolated lower body and core strengthening exercises to build and tone muscle. One part of the three-part CORE series of classes offered at MISSION, LBC focuses on the calves, quads, glutes and hamstrings, along with foundational CORE work. Every class is structured with new and different movements to challenge all lower body muscle groups, keeping the series fresh and balanced.
 
*Sneakers required. Please carry your sneakers, do not wear them into the studio.
