Strength: CORE CO-TEACH
This 50-minute class is shared between one ROOKIE and one VETERAN and is totally dedicated to strengthening and sculpting your core. The workout is focused on all abdominal areas, using mat and prop-based exercises that change weekly. Great for increasing your balance and performance, and we promise it will hurt to laugh the next day!

*Sneakers recommended. Please carry your sneakers into the studio, do not wear them in.
