HOT MAT PILATES: YACHT ROCK
Enjoy the smooth, mellow music that early yuppies likely enjoyed while sipping champagne on their yachts in the 70's and 80's while challenging your core strength! This 50-minute, heated, MAT PILATES class is a challenging and effective way to lengthen and sculpt the muscles. A full body workout with low impact and huge emphasis on the core. This class is focused on controlled and precise movements with light prop work, using pilates circles and resistance bands to enhance the intensity. Class is heated to 90 degrees. Cold towels will be provided.
