HOT MAT PILATES: MAKE UPS & BREAK UPS
We makeup and breakup and then breakup to makeup. Whatever part of the rollercoaster you're on, we're here for you. This 50-minute, heated, MAT PILATES class is a challenging and effective way to lengthen and sculpt the muscles. A full body workout with low impact and huge emphasis on the core. This class is focused on controlled and precise movements with light prop work, using pilates circles and resistance bands to enhance the intensity. Class is heated to 90 degrees. Cold towels will be provided.
