This class is a fundraiser for Great Bay Student Nurses Association a non-profit organization of nursing students from Great Bay Community College that work to serve the Seacoast area. GBSNA is very active in volunteering in the community and is fundraising to attend a nursing convention in 2023!

 

50 minutes in the dark, riding to the rhythm; MISSION Beats is a place to get lost in your own physical and mental challenge. Always bringing new tunes and motivation, each instructor will push you to your limit. We carry each other in this sacred space, through the work, the commitment and the rhythm.

This class incorporates a WEIGHT TRACK for upper body strength and toning.
